BSNL PREPAID BROADBAND
TARIFF CARD

BSNL's prepaid broadband service is necessarily to be on the BSNL Landline only. The service facilitates customers to avoid hassles in payment of broadband bills.

It is a convenience that allows the customer to enjoy prepaid Broadband facility from anywhere in the country by using the same Account number, username and password.

The tariff details are given below:

A. Initial Charges at the time of application:

  • Installation and modem charges shall be paid in advance at the time of submission of applications.
  • In case of own modem only installation charges to be paid in advance at the time of submission of applications.

B. Creation of Prepaid BB Account shall be with complimentary balance of 50 MB in any plan and with validity of 15 days from the date of creation.

C. Plan Vouchers

To continue the Prepaid BB Account after creation, the customer has to recharge by any of the following Unlimited / Limited plan Vouchers as per choice.

The customer will be offered different plans with speed upto 2 MBPS.

NOTE: The Grace Period for renewal shall be 90 days after the validity. The customer account shall be permanantly deleted from the system after the Grace Period.

To continue the Prepaid Broadband Account after creation, the customer has to recharge by any of the following Unlimited / Limited Vouchers as per choice.

  • Balance amount, if any, shall be carried forward in case of recharge within the Grace Period of 15 days.
  • Beyond 15 days Balance will not be carried forward. Customer can recharge his account upto 75 days.
  • Account shall be deleted after the above Grace Period.

E. Top Up Vouchers for Limited Plans

  • After increase of usage amount through Top Up Voucher, the Existing Rate of usage as per plan selected by the customer shall continue.

F. Email ID

On request by the customer, an email ID with 5 MB mail space shall be given in bsnl.in domain.
